Types of coaching/consults: Flexible coaching: This is perfect if you want to discuss some specific issues and don’t want to commit to meeting weekly.  It’s also great to make sure you get what you need in the ‘doses’ that you need at the price that works for your budget.  After the first session - you can purchase appointments in 15, 30 and 60 minutes sessions.

Monthly coaching:  Pricing and timetable structure is different as it is more intense and offers an increased level of focus on a variety of areas of your life.   This consists of 4 weekly - 45 minute sessions.  With this you will receive:

• an initial intake to identify your goals,
• creation of an action/goal plan;
• email recaps of our conversations;
• list of action items for that week along with any other relevant information that I find that will help you in relation to that week’s discussions
