Hi Karen, I absolutely love your podcast. I’ve listened to each episode multiple times and I’m finding great success practicing the law of attraction. Karen, I don’t have a specific question right now, just comments. I am a recovering addict and have almost 6 years clean. …Then I found your podcast and a couple others and have been actively applying this stuff in my personal and professional life. Every area of my life is better and I’m living with deeper gratitude every day. The woman who i have had a secret crush on for 4 years was on my list, until I heard you suggest putting the qualities that person has that I find attractive on my want list (or my “already have” list) instead of the actual person. …So I asked for someone with these qualities and gave it lots of attention and emotion.
I had not seen her around in months. About a week after making my list she showed up at my job and told me she needed to discuss a mutual client of ours. We had a nice talk and I went about my business. Later I found out she told a co-worker of mine that she thought I was funny and interesting…or something. Anyway, I asked her out and we went for coffee and it was fun, but not earthshattering by any means. I thought she kinda gave me the brush off but she just called me today asking if I wanted to do something soon. I’m blown away and know that this stuff is working.
